Hi Everyone,
I was looking back at past posts here and noticed a thread about smoking various herbs. I had no idea that you could smoke anything other than tobacco or cannabis. Of course the idea makes complete sense. Why wouldn't one be able to smoke other types of herbs? Does anyone have a resource where I could find more information on this subject? Which herbs are safe to smoke and why would one choose this method over infusions or capsules? Thanks!

Mon, November 23, 2009 - 6:24 PMI too enjoy damiana and sage. Damiana smoked is super calming and wonderful. Mullein is good, but only use it with a filter in your rolled cigarettes, since its little bots can easily get breathed in and feel terrible. In theory, mullein is good for the lungs, though smoking it I would not have any real research I know of to back that up. -
